PGA Championship 2026: How to Use Our System to Travel to the Games

The 2026 men’s PGA Championship will be taking place here in Southeastern Pennsylvania at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square. Practice rounds take place from May 11 to 13, followed by the Championship matches from May 14 to 17. Attendees can expect to see their favorite golfers, including previous champions Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and Brooks Koepka. Directions for Travel

PGA will provide shuttle buses directly to Aronimik Golf Club. The buses will pick up passengers from SEPTA’s Paoli Station on Regional Rail. The schedule for buses varies by day.

  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – Buses run from 6:30 am to 8 pm.
  • Thursday and Friday – Buses run from 5:45 am to 8:30 pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday – Buses run from 6:45 am to 8:30 pm.

The basic steps for getting to Paoli Station from popular departure points are below. For more detailed instructions or to customize your route, use SEPTA’s Trip Planner.

  1. Board SEPTA Regional Rail (stops at all airport terminals) heading toward Center City.
  2. Exit at Suburban Station.
  3. Transfer to the Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line heading toward Thorndale.
  4. Exit at Paoli Station.
  1. Walk to Suburban Station or Jefferson Station.
  2. Board the Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line heading toward Thorndale.
  3. Exit at Paoli Station.
  1. Exit the PATCO train at 8th & Market Street Station.
  2. Follow the signs in the concourse, which will lead you to SEPTA’s Jefferson Station.
  3. Board the Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line heading toward Thorndale.
  4. Exit at Paoli Station.

Alternatives to Regional Rail are also available for travel to Paoli Station.

After arriving in Paoli Station, head to the rear of the building (look for the Central Avenue entrance/exit), where the shuttle buses will be waiting.

Additional Service on the Paoli/Thorndale Line

SEPTA is providing extra service on the Paoli/Thorndale Line to ensure frequent and reliable travel to/from Paoli Station for the PGA Championship. Check back for a PDF schedule with specific train times.

  • Weekdays – Five extra trains. Trains run every 30 minutes.
  • Weekends – Nine extra trains. Trains run every 60 minutes.
