Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease that affects the central nervous system. The symptoms it causes can vary among different people, although there are generally four types. There are millions of people living with the disease worldwide, and events like Walk MS provide vital fundraising for continued research and finding a cure.
Getting to the Walk
If you’re participating in Walk MS, SEPTA is a great way to ensure you arrive on time. The meeting place for the walk is the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which is served by several SEPTA bus routes, including Route 32 and Route 48.
Those traveling on Regional Rail will want to exit at either William H. Gray III 30th Street Station or Suburban Station.
You can also use plan.septa.org for real-time trip planning to and from the walk.

SEPTA allows overnight parking at most Regional Rail stations, [M] Norristown High Speed Line stations, and at Fern Rock TC and 69th St TC parking lots.
The SEPTA app allows you to think ahead with an integrated trip planner, view nearby stations and routes, save your favorite routes and much more; available to download in the App Store or Google Play Store.
