The Delco 10 Miler is a 10-mile race held across Delaware County, PA that emphasizes fitness, local pride and charitable giving. The event takes runners on a course that connects multiple municipalities and neighborhoods throughout the county before finishing at Subaru Park, home of the Philadelphia Union. The race benefits non-profit organizations based in Delaware County, PA.
Getting to the Race
A complimentary shuttle bus will be offered, picking up participants from Subaru Park in Chester, PA and bringing them to the race’s starting point at Rose Tree Park in Upper Providence Township, PA. There will not be return service after the race.
This bus service is not operated by nor affiliated with SEPTA.
To supplement the shuttle busing, you can also use plan.septa.org for trip planning to and from Subaru Park.
Road Closures
Road closures will be in place along the entire course and will begin at 7 am (earlier in some areas). Most of the affected roadways are expected to reopen by approximately 11 am, as the course clears.

SEPTA 
Trolley Delays
The trolley line will be affected where the racecourse crosses Providence Rd. The anticipated window of impact is from 8:30 am to 8:40 am, where there may be a service delay of approximately 5 to 10 minutes. After this, rail service should be restored to normal.
If rail service cannot be returned to normal after 8:40 am, trolley service will end at Providence Rd, and passengers will be required to walk the remaining distance into Media.
