The 2nd Annual Caribbean Emancipation Day Celebration is a community festival that honors the history and enduring spirit of the Caribbean community through music, food, entertainment and cultural expression. The event brings people together to celebrate freedom and Caribbean heritage in a festive and inclusive atmosphere. The event is free to attend and includes visits to Philadelphia’s historic sites.
