Permit Application Process
To request the use of SEPTA property:

- Provide required documentation.
Most applications require a non-refundable $2,000.00 processing fee, due at the time of the application. If you require more information, please reach out to [email protected].
SEPTA reviews all completed applications. Applicants are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible. Processing times vary based on project complexity, completeness of the application, required reviews, volume, staff availability and coordination needs.

SEPTA will only review official ROE applications. Email, verbal requests or any other method of communication are invalid. The ROE applicant cannot enter SEPTA property without written approval.
