A permanent change to the Route 23 stop located at 11th and Market streets goes into effect on October 20. The Route 23 stop located on the southside of 11th Street (CVS) becomes a drop off only location. For northbound travel, riders must board the Route 23 on 11th Street, north of Market Street.
No changes will be made to the start/end location of the Route 45 bus.
