SEPTA Ready with Extra Service for Thursday’s Eagles Game

Extra trips from Fern Rock Station start at 6:08 p.m.; Contactless payment options are encouraged for seamless travel

PHILADELPHIA (November 13, 2024) − SEPTA is ready for the Eagles game with extra service set for Thursday night’s match-up against the Washington Commanders.

The Broad Street Line [B] offers convenient and frequent service right to the Lincoln Financial Field doorstep via NRG Station at the Sports Complex. In addition to regularly scheduled trains that run every eight minutes or less, SEPTA will run 10 express trips before the game, which starts at 8:15 p.m. on November 14. These extra trips will start at 6:08 p.m. from Fern Rock Station and will run every ten minutes until approximately 7:48 p.m.

Eagles fans can connect with the Broad Street Line from dozens of bus routes, and there is a free transfer from the Market-Frankford Line [L]  and City Trolley [T]  routes at 15th Street/City Hall. The Broad Street Line is also just a short walk from Regional Rail Stations in Center City and is also easily accessible from the PATCO High Speed Line for fans from South Jersey.

SEPTA strongly urges riders to go directly to NRG Station after the game ends so that they can catch both the Broad Street Line and connecting services.

Fare Payment Options

Fans are encouraged to load funds onto a SEPTA Key Card for ease of travel.

For buses, subways, and trolleys, customers can use contactless payment options like credit/debit cards and Apple, Google, and Samsung Pay.

On Regional Rail, riders can purchase fares on the train when traveling towards the city using cash or a credit/debit card. However, for trips leaving the city, customers must purchase fares in advance to be able to access the waiting and boarding areas.

Regular fares apply for all travel to/from the game
