Summary of Proposed Service Reductions Effective Fall 2025
To reduce expenses, SEPTA is forced to cut service across all modes. Dozens of routes will be eliminated or shortened, and service levels on most remaining routes will be reduced. The service changes will be phased, and in some cases, routes would have service reduced in the fall, followed by the complete elimination of the route later in the Fiscal Year, starting in January 2026.
