At City Hall, enjoy the illuminated Ferris Wheel, double-tier Carousel, and Christmas Village Express presented by SEPTA. The kids train is next to the Ferris Wheel in the North Broad section at City Hall. Children under 36 inches tall must ride with a responsible, paying adult.
