Expression of Interest – Rail Asset Monitoring Platform

SEPTA is seeking qualified firms to implement a comprehensive Rail Asset Monitoring Platform to enhance visibility, reliability, and performance of rail infrastructure and rolling stock assets. The proposed solution leverages modern data integration, IoT, analytics, and visualization technologies to provide real-time insights and predictive capabilities for asset management. This may lead to the potential for a future solicitation of a Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

SEPTA requests that interested parties submit an EOI response document containing responses to the Authority’s questions and technical specification comments no later than 3:00 pm ET on Friday, April 24, 2026.

SEPTA does not intend to hold discussions at this time; however, SEPTA may contact interested parties to schedule individual meetings with SEPTA’s staff either at our headquarters in Philadelphia or virtually via video conference.
