SEPTA will operate on a holiday schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26 and a modified weekday schedule on Friday, November 27.
Thanksgiving Day Service
All SEPTA services will be on holiday (Sunday) schedules.
For the Thanksgiving Day Parade, Market-Frankford and Broad Street Line trains will operate approximately every eight minutes between 7 am and 1 pm. In addition, service on both lines will continue to operate about every ten to twelve minutes for the remainder of the day.
On Thanksgiving Day, November 26, due to the parade SEPTA bus Routes 2, 7, 17, 27, 31, 32, 33, 38, 43, 44, 48, 124 and 125 will be detoured from 6 am until approximately 2 pm
Due to expected light ridership, Suburban Transit Bus Routes will operate a Sunday Schedule on Thanksgiving Day on these routes: 93, 94, 96, 97, 98, 99, 101, 102, 104, 105, 108, 109, 110, 113, 114, 115, 117, 119, 124, 125 and Norristown High Speed Line.
The following routes will not operate on Thanksgiving Day: 90, 91, 92, 95, 103, 106, 107, 111, 112, 116, 118, 120, 123, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 139, 150, 201, 204, 205, 206, 306, 310, 314 and LUCY.
The SEPTA Customer Service Department, (215) 580-7800, will be open from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Pre-recorded information is also available through the STAR system 24-hours a day.
Friday, November 27
City and Suburban bus routes will operate on a modified weekday schedule (no school trips). Regional rail and subway/elevated services will operate on regular weekday schedules.
Enhanced service will operate on Bus Routes 92, 94, 95, 98, 114, 123, 124, 129 and 204 to accommodate riders heading to or from area shopping malls.
