SEPTA Key Call Center Adjusted Operating Hours Saturday, February 22

Due to scheduled maintenance, the SEPTA Key Call Center will operate using adjusted hours this Saturday, February 22, from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Normal operating hours (8 am to 6 pm) will resume on Sunday, February 23.

During this time, customers may access account management services using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Customers can also log in to their Key account online on the SEPTA Key website or through the SEPTA App to load funds and Passes.
