Bells Across PA is a citywide public art initiative that places artist-designed Liberty Bell replicas in neighborhoods across Philadelphia. This Friday, one of these bells will be unveiled in El Centro de Oro in Fairhill. This is an area that has included waves of Cuban, Puerto Rican and other Latino residents and is now a hub for Latino-owned businesses and cultural expression.
