The PHLASH runs Friday to Sunday, 10AM to 6PM thru November 24.
Starting Black Friday (November 29) the PHLASH will run Friday to Sunday from 12PM to 8PM to serve holiday shoppers.
PHLASH holiday service will run from 12PM to 8PM DAILY from December 20 to 30 (excluding Christmas Day)!
The PHLASH is $2 per ride – but it’s free when you flash your SEPTA Key card.
