New Bus & Metro Schedules, Feb. 22 & 23

New Bus Metro Schedules Feb. 22-23

SEPTA’s Metro transition began over a year ago and has become an integral part of our goal to make the system easier to use and simpler to navigate. Nearly all bus lines are now indicated by numbers, and all Metro lines are identified by letters.

The Spring 2026 schedule change is another step in this transition. We’re removing all side-by-side references to old bus letters (except for Route K) and using the new numbers only. The [T] and [G] trolleys will now only be referred to by their Metro names or departure/destination route. For example, on vehicles the T1 will say “13th St to 63rd-Malvern/Overbrook” and not Route 10.

If you need a refresher of what’s changed, visit the Metro hub site.

New D1/D2 Signal System Increases Travel Time

Due to the implementation of a new signal system on the D1/D2, riders should plan for additional travel time.

As part of the February 1 Regional Rail schedule changes, AM trip times for Bus Routes 201, 204 and 206 have changed in order to maintain train connections.
