Bus Detours & Road Closures for the Election Eve Rally at the Art Museum

Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will hold a rally on election eve, Monday, November 4. The rally starts late Monday evening in front the Philadelphia Museum of Art, located at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Road closures throughout the city will impact several SEPTA bus routes and cause traffic delays.

Impact on Riders

Bus Routes 7, 32, 33, 38, 43, 48 and 49 are detoured from their normal routes beginning as early as 1 pm on Sunday, November 3 through approximately 6 am on Tuesday, November 5.

Additional detours could be added due to unscheduled road closures; updates will be posted on SEPTA.org.

Impact on Area Traffic

Street closures are in effect on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, between the Art Museum and Logan Circle.
