FIFA Fan Festival™

SEPTA welcomes FIFA World Cup 2026™ soccer fans to Philadelphia and the region.

The matches scheduled in Philly may be over, but the event is not! As FIFA World Cup 2026™ continues, the Fan Festival™ will remain open for attendees to watch the remaining matches and take part in all the fun. Visit FIFA’s website to see the full schedule (including past and upcoming matches).

Getting to FIFA Fan Festival™ at Lemon Hill

FIFA Fan Festival™ provides the opportunity to view all the matches in a festival-style event. The FIFA Fan Festival™ takes place at East Fairmount Park’s Lemon Hill. For more information and hours of operation, visit their website.

Bus routes 32, 48 and Philly PHLASH (not operated by SEPTA) provide direct service to a central drop-off and pick-up point at Pennsylvania Ave & Fairmount Ave. Route 32 provides frequent weekday service, every 15 minutes or less, from 6 am – 9 pm. The 48 added extra service in the evenings and on weekends through the end of summer. 

Additionally, bus routes 7 and 49 provide service to Fairmount, with stops within walking distance of the FIFA Fan Festival™ entrance. 

Getting Around by Bike

Indego bike share is another option for getting around Philadelphia during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Pass options range from 30 minutes to 30 days. To support increased demand during the tournament, Indego has installed additional docks near the Sports Complex at Broad & Pattison and a new station at 10th & Phillies Way. There will also be two temporary pop-up stations near Lemon Hill. Download the Indego app to purchase a pass, find nearby bikes and docks, and start riding.

Ways to Pay

SEPTA offers a variety of convenient options for paying your fare, but for visitors and occasional riders, contactless tap to pay is the easiest option.

Contactless is accepted on all SEPTA networks. Credit, debit or mobile payments are accepted on Bus, Metro and Regional Rail at any turnstile or farebox with a simple tap on the validator. SEPTA only accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX cards. To ensure there are no issues with your debit/credit cards, inform your bank of travel dates/destinations, especially if you’re traveling internationally. Learn More & FAQ. 

Multi-rider for contactless payments is now available on all modes. Easily tap your credit/debit card or mobile wallet at a validator to pay the fares for up to five riders. Learn more. 

On Regional Rail, be sure to Tap-Ride-Tap. Always tap off at your destination to avoid paying the maximum fare. Learn More & FAQ.

Parking

Many Regional Rail and stations offer paid parking for riders; three (3) locations have garages. All SEPTA lots ($2) and garages ($4) charge for daily-use parking—this includes nights, weekends and match days. Download the SEPTA Park app to pay using your smart phone.

Navigating SEPTA during FIFA as a Regular Rider

• As of June 14, the 32 is a frequent route on weekdays only with 15 minute or less service from 6 am – 9 pm. Additionally, the 48 provides extra service in the evenings and on weekends through the end of summer. 
• Route 32 is detoured off Poplar Drive & Poplar Street due to the City of Philadelphia street closures.
