Northern Liberties – located just north of Old City – is one of Philadelphia’s hippest neighborhoods. “NoLibs” began to see its urban renewal in the late 1990s when artists flooded the area. Since then – it has become a happening hangout full of art galleries, beer bars, tattoo parlors, and ethnic eateries. Today, the neighborhood continues to thrive – with artists and professionals alike calling Northern Liberties home.
