Contest Terms and Conditions
Prize: Two (2) Tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies (subject to availability) at Citizens Bank Park; Two (2) winners per week (fifteen weeks); thirty (30) winners total.
Sweepstakes rules:
1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Ordinary mobile service charges do apply. You may view SEPTA’s Privacy Policy here.
2. Promotion period starts 2:30PM ET, 03/30/26 and runs until 11:59PM ET, 07/12/26 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Enter at HTTP://SEPTA.ORG/CONTESTS. Only one entry permitted per email address. Other required information on entry form includes first name, last name, email address, and birth year.
4. Entrants must be a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland or New Jersey, and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees or immediate family members of SEPTA are not eligible entrants.
5. No substitution for or transfer of prizes permitted except by SEPTA in its sole discretion.
6. All Federal, State, provincial, local and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other rules and regulations adopted by SEPTA.
8. SEPTA assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. SEPTA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction. SEPTA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize winners.
9. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. SEPTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they suspect or find (a) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or (c) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
10. Winning entries will be randomly selected from all correct eligible entries by SEPTA’s Marketing Department every Monday by 2PM beginning Monday, April 6, 2026 thru Monday, July 13, 2026. Winners must respond within two weeks/14 days or risk forfeiting the tickets. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All determinations by SEPTA are final. Tickets will be transferred electronically to winners. All costs relating to prize redemption, including transportation, food and other incidentals are the responsibility of winner. For a list of winners, please contact [email protected].
