Extra Broad Street Line [B] Service: Ennis vs. Crawley, July 13

SEPTA is helping boxing fans get to the Ennis vs. Crawley event at the Wells Fargo Center by offering extra service on the Broad Street Line [B].

Saturday, July 13: Two [2] express trains will depart Fern Rock Transportation Center at 4:45 pm and 5 pm.

Getting to Wells Fargo Center

For events taking place at the Sports Complex (Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Park), the Broad Street Line [B] provides convenient service to the stadiums via NRG Station. There is a free transfer to the Broad Street Line [B] from the Market-Frankford Line [L] and Trolley routes at 15th Street/City Hall – and it is a short walk from Regional Rail stations in Center City. Bus routes 4 and 17 provide direct service to the Sports Complex.

If you’re coming from New Jersey, it’s easy to transfer from PATCO to the Broad Street Line [B]. Exit PATCO at 13th/Locust Street Station. Take the escalator or stairs to concourse level and exit PATCO’s fare gates. Follow the orange signs approximately one block through the concourse to the Broad Street Line [B] at Walnut/Locust.

Convenient Ways to Pay

Credit/debit cards, in physical form or through apps like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, are accepted on buses, trolleys, Market-Frankford Line [L], Broad Street Line [B] and the Norristown High Speed Line [M], at any turnstile or farebox with a simple tap on the validator. Regional Rail will have a separate rollout for contactless payments later this year, however, credit/debit card payments are accepted by presenting your card to the train conductor.

SEPTA’s multi-rider feature allows up to five riders on one SEPTA Key card. Taps can be on a single bus/trolley validator or a combination of taps on different turnstiles at a station. Multi-rider is available on all modes including bus, trolley, Broad Street Line [B], Market-Frankford Line [L], Norristown High Speed Line [M] and Regional Rail. If using a SEPTA Key card, riders are encouraged to load funds on it before game day. For those without a Key card, Quick Trip tickets can be purchased at all station kiosks. For more information about SEPTA Key, visit www.septakey.org.
