ADA Paratransit for Visitors

As of July 1, 2024, CCT Connect officially rebranded to SEPTA Access. Vehicles will still be branded as CCT Connect until further notice.

Connecting Paratransit Services

SEPTA provides free ADA paratransit service to pre-registered visitors. If you use CCT paratransit to travel to or from a connecting fixed-route agency, remember to:

  • Tell CCT Reservations what agency you are connecting to and from.
  • Provide a time for CCT paratransit to pick you up.
  • Confirm the connecting location with the other agency.

To request registration, fill out and return the Visitor Registration form below. Make sure you have the required proof of eligibility.

FAQ for Paratransit for Visitors

You are eligible for 21 days of ADA paratransit within a 365-day period if you meet the following conditions:

  • You live outside of SEPTA’s service area.
  • You have a disability that makes you unable to use a regular bus.

ADA eligibility is good throughout the United States. To use ADA services elsewhere, contact that local transit agency before traveling. Give the agency’s contact information to CCT. CCT will send the agency verification of your eligibility.
