SEPTA is dedicated to upholding the safety of both its riders and staff members.
The Authority has implemented the Operator Assault Campaign to provide another safety measure and encourage citizens to report crimes against SEPTA operators and employees. Any assault or act of violence towards SEPTA operators or transit employees is a crime.
If you witness such an incident, please contact SEPTA Transit Police. By doing so, you may become eligible for a reward of up to $1,000* for individuals who furnish information instrumental in identifying the culprits.
*Information must lead to arrest and conviction of an individual(s) who commits an assault or act of violence towards a SEPTA operator or transit employee.
