To gain access, tap your registered SEPTA Key card, SEPTA Key Senior Fare Card, SEPTA Key Reduced Fare card or CCT card on the card reader (located on or near the door). Waiting areas are open during designated times only; entry before or after hours of operation is prohibited.
How to Load a SEPTA Key Card
You can load or reload a SEPTA Key card 24/7 at septakey.org or 855-567-3782. Buy, load or reload a SEPTA Key card at SEPTA Key Fare kiosks, which are located in all Broad Street Line [B] and Market-Frankford Line [L] stations, at bus loops, at Center City Regional Rail Stations (Temple University, Jefferson Station, Suburban Station, William H. Gray III 30th Street Station and Penn Medicine Station) and at the Philadelphia Airport. Kiosks accept cash, credit/debit, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay.
Train fare can be purchased on board the train. Cash* and credit cards accepted.
*Conductors cannot accept $50 or $100 bills.
